Letting Agent Services for Landlords
We offer tailor made packages dependent on the number of properties owned and the level of involvement from us requested. If our services are required with regards to tenant find only, complete property management or anything in between we aim to produce a perfect solution for you. We are here to serve landlords and to ensure that they receive the highest level of service possible.
We will take care of everything from picking up mail, dealing with utilities, two/three monthly inspections on occupied properties, weekly vacant property inspections, inventories, check in and checkout, in house tenant referencing, landlords insurance, plus much much more.

Tenant Find service two weeks rent plus VAT
(on a rental property of £650 p/c/m this would be £360 including VAT minimum fee applies £180 including VAT)
Optional check in/out service £100+ VAT
(included in our managed services but optional on a tenant find for £120 including VAT)
Management fees between 2% and 10% plus VAT
(on a rental property of £650 p/c/m between £15.60 and £78 including VAT of the monthly rental income)
Tenancy renewal £50 + VAT (£60 including VAT)
(our contracts are contractually periodic so there is no need to renew every 6 months)
Transferral fee £50 + VAT (£60 including VAT)
(this fee covers covers all the administration if you want to transfer a property to The Landlords Letting Company with an existing tenant. Registration of bond and new tenancy documentation etc is all included)
Maintenance admin fee £25 + VAT (£30 including VAT)
(this is not charged on managed properties but is charged if works are organised by us on non managed properties. Please remember we do not get any commission or kick backs on any maintenance costs)
Eviction of tenants £150 + VAT (£180 including VAT)
(this service is included free of charge on our managed services except for 2%)
Cancellation pre tenancy fee £150 + VAT (£180 including VAT)
(this is only charged if a tenant has been sourced after the 14 day cooling off period and the landlord decides to not let the property to the tenant through no fault of The Landlords Letting Company or the tenant)
Cancellation during a tenancy fee Management fees to the end of the tenancy or the tenant's occupation.
