The Vale Of Glamorgan

The Vale Of Glamorgan is one of the most affluent areas of South Wales. It boasts an abundance of rich agricultural land and thus the majority of the area is farmland. Due to this there are many small villages with some of the most expensive properties in Wales, therefore the area is very popular with the more wealthy inhabitants.

There are some larger towns within the Vale of Glamorgan namely, Cowbridge, Llantwit Major, Dinas Powys and Penarth (which is the Vale’s first Fair-trade town). By far the largest town is Barry which is located at the Cardiff end of The Vale Of Glamorgan. There are also two other villages located next to beaches at Ogmore and Southerndown.

The property to rent in The Vale Of Glamorgan varies in the larger towns from small cottages to large detached executive property.
