Company History
The Landlords Letting Company Ltd was originally
established in 2003 as The Letting Company (TLC Residential Ltd) a pure letting agents
operating under the Re/Max banner. It was created by a brother and sister, both
whom have experience of being landlords and thus set up this agency with
landlords in mind. The aim was to produce a business that took care of all
landlords needs. From finding appropriate tenants to offering complete
management, we can supply a suitable package. Our client base consists of first
time landlords to investors of portfolios in excess of 30 properties.
The estate agent under which the letting business was originally started was
sold to a company called ProtectaGroup (one of Wales’s leading insurance
brokers with over 20 offices across south Wales). Under this agreement the
business grew from a Rhondda Valley based business to operating as
ProtectaGroup Lettings Ltd in four areas; Cardiff, Neath, Talbot Green and
Rhondda Cynon Taff.
On January the 2nd The Landlords Letting Company Ltd opened its doors in Talbot Green.
As a business we have sustained substantial growth year on year by word of mouth. For the first time in the company’s history we have started to advertise and the business is continuing to go from strength to strength as the areas we cover grow.
We currently operate in all valley arrears covering as far north as Merthyr Tydfil, as far west as Swansea, Newport to the East and everywhere in between. We are currently the largest geographic, independant letting agency in South Wales and still growing.*
